ASSAB recognizes the importance of proper heat treatment.  We are committed to providing the most appropriate heat treatment service to realize the quality of the steel and enhance the performance of the tool.  Quality heat treatment may meet the required hardness, but more importantly, it provides:

State-of-the-art vacuum furnaces

In order to provide premium heat treatment services, ASSAB uses imported state-of-the–art vacuum furnaces.

Our furnaces have menu-guided process control and continuous documentation of all process parameters combined with heating under radiation and convection.  Cooling in several directions and a cooling pressure of up to 10 bar with nitrogen allows increased heating and cooling performance, as well as furnace temperature uniformity.
